Something different for home entertainment. kid-friendly.

To those who haven't got the chance to try elderflower syrup, it may initially taste like lychee syrup. You know, the syrup that comes with canned lychee? But elderflower syrup is milder, rounder and gentler with a whiff of floral notes. It definitely isn't as sharp or flat like lychee syrup and has more complexity :))

I have a recipe at home on to bake an elderflower cake. Let's see how soon I get to try that :))
